RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for
Mechanical & Electrical systems
Supervise a team of technicians and contractors
Co-ordinate and execute maintenance programs on a timely
basis
To be stationed at City Square Mall
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Min. 3 years of experience in property management of
shopping malls
Experience in Building Maintenance Systems will be added
advantage
Ability to work independently and also be a good team
player
Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication
skills with good command of spoken and written English
