Manager / Assistant Manager,
Business Dept (3 years contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in business segment channel co-ordination in
residential, office, retail and club
Responsible for South Beach Consortium’s marketing
related activates such as branding, public relations, events and
publications
Handle identification of consultants and negotiation of
agreement
Engage in new business cases under study and research (e.g.
City Investment Club)
Prepare financial evaluation / feasibilities and project
recommendation reports
Assist to implement business plan, marketing and development
programs and business activity
Monitor trends and activities in markets which South Beach
operates
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor / Master Degree in Building, Estate Management or
Business with real estate economics
Minimum 3 years of working experience in major agency/
consultancy/ developer is preferred
Able to conduct research and feasibility studies on
projects
Effective communication, organisational, interpersonal and
negotiation skills are essential
Dynamic, enterprising, eloquent and pleasant
personality
A team player
