Design
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage all interior design works and issues on
Hotel and Club and Residences with interior design consultants and contractors
to achieve the targeted key milestones within scheduled timelines and desired
quality
Manage interior designs work tenders and other related
tasks
Procurement of ID works locally and overseas
Coordinate ID works with appointed local interior design
company and international concept interior designer; Philippe Starck
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor / Diploma in Design and related project
management
Minimum 5 years’ experience on managing the interior
design works; planning and construction aspects of mixed developments
Experience with Hotel, Club and Residential developments
would be preferred
Experience with procurement of interior design products
locally and overseas
Effective communication, organisational, interpersonal and
negotiation skills are essential
Dynamic, enterprising and eloquent with a pleasant
personality
A team player with ability to work independently
