CDL is committed to sharing the benefits of its success with the less fortunate in the community. Our contribution covers a comprehensive range of community programmes including charity, the arts, education, sports & youth development. Supporting conservation efforts has also become one of our focuses in community projects as we believe that protecting the environment is a social responsibility of corporate citizens. CDL has even formed a staff volunteer club, City Sunshine Club, to extend a helping hand to the elderly and underprivileged children. For its sustained efforts at working towards environmental sustainability and community service whilst developing positive relationships with stakeholders, CDL gained entry into the coveted FTSE4Good Index in 2002. The Index provides an important benchmark for socially responsible investment worldwide.
