(ii) $21,630,000 (2024: $32,278,000) relating to the deferred gain arising from the sale of Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay previously owned by CDLHT, to a joint venture. The amount owing to a non-controlling interest relates to advances granted by a non-controlling interest, who owns a 49% interest in mixed-use development site in Shanghai’s Xintiandi area, to fund the acquisition and development of the aforesaid land site.
