(重庆协信远创实业有限公司) (“JVCo”). A bankruptcy claim was filed by Beijing Yi He Mercury Investment Co. Ltd (北京易禾水星投资有限公司) against the JVCo in July 2021. The CDL Group has divested its interest in the JVCo in September 2021. Please refer to relevant announcements in connection with the matter. (i) As announced by CDL on 3 March 2025, Mr Kwek Leng Beng and other directors of CDL had filed an originating application (“Application”) before the High Court of Singapore on 25 February 2025 against several directors of CDL (“Respondents”), including Mr Sherman Kwek as a Director of CDL. At the hearing on 26 February 2025, the High Court directed the Respondents to refrain from taking any action in relation to certain subsidiaries of CDL that would prejudice the positions of parties to the Application pending its resolution.
