The Board also reviewed and concurred with the NRC’s recommendation on the re-election of Ms Young Jennifer Duong and Ms Wong Su Yen as Directors of CDL, which took into consideration their track record, experience and capabilities and factors which are relevant and contribute to the Board’s collective skill set based on the Company’s Board diversity policy and targets, as well as their independence.
