At the hearing on 26 February 2025, the High Court directed Mrs Wong and other Respondents to refrain from taking any action in relation to certain subsidiaries of CDL that would prejudice the positions of parties to the Application pending its resolution. The court proceedings were settled on 12 March 2025 and subsequently discontinued.
