Programme
Our Management Trainee Programme is a unique opportunity for graduates to explore different aspects of our core business departments through structured job rotations. The Management Trainee will have three rotations, each lasting 6 months, where they will learn from experienced professionals, gain insights into the real estate market, and acquire useful and marketable skills. By the end of the programme, they will have a holistic understanding of our organisation and be ready to take on new challenges.
Competency Development
Our structured development framework will equip Management Trainees with essential competencies to enhance their proficiency and expertise to be better prepared for their deployment after graduating from the program
Who should apply?
- Fresh or recent university graduates (Honours) in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline with less than two years of work experience
- Demonstrate strong leadership potential
- Strong analytical reasoning, data synthesis and analysis
- Ability to adapt quickly and a strong learning agility
- Strong business acumen
