Singapore, 16 September 2026 – City Developments Limited (CDL) will preview Lucerne Grand on Friday, 18 September 2026, with sales bookings starting on Saturday, 3 October 2026. Comprising 570 units across five 17-storey residential towers, Lucerne Grand, located at Lakeside Drive, is part of a rare mixed-use development directly linked to Lakeside MRT station. The development also includes Lucerne Galleria, at Level 1, which will house a supermarket and F&B/retail options.

Apartments are available in a range of thoughtfully designed configurations, priced from S$1.498 million for a two-bedroom unit (624 sq ft), S$1.988 million for a three-bedroom unit (883 sq ft) and S$2.788 million for a four-bedroom premium unit (1,152 sq ft).
