Singapore, 4 October 2026 – City Developments Limited (CDL) commenced sales for the 570-unit Lucerne Grand at Lakeside Drive on Saturday, 3 October 2026. The project is priced at an average of S$2,480 per square foot (psf). As of 6.00 pm today, 350 units (61%) have been sold. 

About 93% of the buyers are Singaporeans, while the remaining 7% are Permanent Residents (PRs) from Malaysia, China, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar and South Korea. All unit types were well received, with two, three and four-bedroom premium units being the most popular. 

Lucerne Grand is part of a rare mixed-use development directly linked to Lakeside MRT station. Its 570 residences are spread across five 17-storey towers, complemented by Lucerne Galleria on Level 1, which will offer a supermarket and F&B/retail options.

Apartments are priced from S$1.498 million for a two-bedroom unit (624 sq ft), S$1.988 million for a three-bedroom unit (883 sq ft) and S$2.788 million for a four-bedroom premium unit (1,152 sq ft).
